ProSitez provide I.T support in 2 ways, this can be on an ad hoc basis where you simply call us when you need us or alternatively by signing up to a monthly maintenance package.

If you choose ad hoc support then you just pay a fixed hourly rate each time you call us out, depending on your location you may be subject to a callout charge. If you sign up to a maintenance package you pay a fixed monthly fee. For this you get a plan tailored to your budget and requirements. The packages can be for a dedicated amount of onsite time and generally include unlimited remote support, so often we can fix your problems without even attending your office!

You will be assigned an engineer who will get to know you and your systems and will perform a monthly server and system health check, this helps us predict problems before they occur ensuring your company continues to run smoothly.
