Server management is one of our most popular products as it provides a lot of support and monitoring for a reasonable cost. Depending on what is needed after ordering server management we will perform either a server hardening or initial server setup as part of the first month. We also add it into our proactive monitoring system which checks common services on the server every minute. With the 5 hours included on the server we will troubleshoot any common service on the server and provide “best effort” service on non-standard services. While we do not provide direct end user support we can assist with problems that end users are having.
If you have anything setup on your server special or non-standard it is best to notify us with the initial order so that nothing is broken. If you have a specific timeframe you would like the initial work done please also notify us in the comments block.
